Decarbonize Via Plug-n-Play is one of its kind B2B solution designed for Ground Mount Solar Engineering, Designing and Construction Contractors (EPC’s) to Plug-n-Play Solar Plant of their Solar Plant Developer (SPD) inside Solark Renewable Energy Parks.

Solark will be working under Plug and Play (PnP) model with the EPC Contractors wherein the Solar Plant Developer (SPD) will be investing in the capital expenditure of the plant. In this model, Solark will provide its park facilities to Solar Plant Developer (SPD) along with secured grid connectivity and Entitled Non-Agricultural Land while the EPC will design, procure, and build the solar plant and plug it to park’s common infrastructure. Post commissioning of the plant, Solark will operate the plant for its entire life cycle. In this case, 100% equity in Solar Plant will be owned by the Solar Plant Developer (SPD).
