Solark will be working under DBTO (Design-Build-Transfer-Operate) model in De-Carbonize Via Capex Solution wherein the captive consumer will be investing the capital expenditure of the plant and Solark will design, build, and operate the plant for its entire life cycle. In this case, 100% equity in Solar Plant will be owned by the captive plant owner.
