Decarbonize Via RESCO is our end-to-end curated solution for Investors who would want to invest and implement Solar Plants in Solark Renewable Energy Parks in order to establish third party power sale projects. The investors can then sign Power Purchase Agreements with Industries, Manufacturing Units, Corporates, SME’s and MSME’s at a mutually agreed terms for sale of renewable power.

Solark will be working under DBTO (Design-Build-Transfer-Operate) model in De- Carbonize Via RESCO Solution wherein the Investor will be investing the capital expenditure of the plant and Solark will design, build, and operate the plant for its entire life cycle. In this case, 100% equity in Solar Plant will be owned by the investor and will earn by selling power to a third-party consumer through power purchase agreements (PPA’s)
